Email Marketing Coordinator

Location: Remote ~ Based in the U.S.
Reports to: Director of Marketing

Job Purpose:

Railbookers Group is looking for an exceptional Email Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about all things email marketing and conversion. The Email Marketing Coordinator will work closely with our Email Marketing Campaign Specialist and global marketing team on our email strategies and tactical implementations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Determining website needs and requirements based on Analytics and customer trends

• Work directly with Railbookers Group brands and the global marketing team to turn email marketing into a key revenue driver, using best practices in marketing automation, lead management and revenue performance management.

• Examine and analyze current email marketing strategies and make suggestions on improvements based on analytics and deliverability trends

• Manage projects to deliver the desired results in a timely manner

• Create and manage a master email campaign calendar to monitor campaign frequency and email cadence

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, get feedback on designs and present results.

• Curate and identify areas for growth in personalized email campaigns with the goal to enhance customers’ overall experience

• Work directly with clients to assist them to execute their marketing campaigns.

• Create emails, landing pages, and perform general program setup and maintenance in Marketo.

• Take ownership of project tasks to deliver the desired results in a timely manner.

• Work with the Email Marketing Campaign Specialist, Director of Marketing and Marketing team to plan and execute our web-based marketing strategy to grow our market position.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years’ experience in the digital marketing field

• Hands-on experience with the Marketo platform or similar including email execution and reporting functionalities

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Deep understanding of marketing and sales processes in mid-size and large enterprises

• Deep expertise in marketing automation processes including lead management, campaign management and online marketing

• Metrics-driven

• Marketo Expert Certification preferred

• Strong project management and organizational skills
