Campaign Manager

Location: Remote ~ Based in the U.S.
Reports to: Director of Marketing

Job Purpose:

The Campaign Manager works with the marketing department to orchestrate digital promotions and campaigns across all marketing channels. Extensive organization, strong communication and management skills, critical thinking and attention to detail are required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of external facing promotions ensuring all details are covered and deadlines are met within different segments of the marketing department

• Work closely Marketing Analysts to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and work with relative departments to ensure growth

• Oversee annual marketing promotional calendar ensuring all is up to date and communicated across the organization

• Work closely with Content Manager to ensure consistency of messaging across all external and internal facing marketing

• Work closely with email marketing team on promotional email campaigns

• Oversee online webinars including scheduling, copywriting, and production

• Work with Business Development to conduct Travel Agent campaigns and promotions

• Support media relations efforts and opportunities

• Performs other duties as assigned


• Proven success in leading campaigns through multiple digital outlets

• Superb planning and organization skills with attention to detail

• Strong management skills and proven success in working with a variety of different departments

• Strong copywriting skills and easily able to convey information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment

• Experience working in email marketing, preferably with Marketo

• Working knowledge of various software including Adobe Creative Cloud suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

• 3+ years of digital marketing campaign management experience required
